Welcome and Introductions Update on Re-design Omni Training Update My ECC for portal access Community Survey and Focus Groups Communications Guide Update - Web Section Other Adjourn NOTES Re-Design Home page and Individual dept pages are built New web server is in place, along with the testing area for the new web site. I am in the process of working on the site architecture for the new site based on the site outline Admissions Department web pages are currently being built The next section on the project timeline is the Student Services area: it includes areas like Financial Aid, Counseling, ASO, ASB, Bookstore, and everything that falls under the vp of student and community advancement area Then the next sections are About ECC, Administration, Academics (does not include departments) but does include Distance Education, Honors Transfer Program, and Study Abroad, Future Students, Current Students, Parents, Foundation, Faculty & Staff, Library, & Athletics Important: It is very crucial in this process that these areas continue to update their web pages via the omni-update system. We want to stress that if your areas do not have the right information on the pages we will not be working on your section until it gets updated and this will hold up the process so we need every department working together to get their web pages up to date. Ongoing Omni Training Contact Staff Development if someone in your department hasn’t gone through training they will have the schedule of the next training. Limit 1 person per dept. because of limited licenses. Omni training will continue to be offered to get more and more users trained so they can get their web pages current. If someone in your department hasn’t gone through training please contact staff development to find out the dates of the next training. We are stressing that only 1 person in each department be trained because we have a limited number of licenses for this software.
