To put music in PPT
Insert CD in CD drive.
Open Windows Media Player (it might open automatically)
Copy
Go through set-up to Copy Music from CD
Un-check all tracks but the one you want for your PPT.
Hit Copy Music button. It should save to you’re
My Documents/My Music folder.
Check to be sure it is there.
Next page helps add this file to your PPT…………………
Go to PowerPoint slide 2.
Insert > Movies and Sound > Sound from file
new music file.
Browse to you’re
Bottom of screen: Files of type: Down arrow to All files.

Little Assistant window pops up. Click
Icon of speaker appears in the middle of your screen. Click and
drag to left corner.
Go to Slide Show in top Menu Bar. To Custom Animation.
Click on your sound file. (Media # )
Click on Multimedia Settings tab.
These settings let the file continue to play for 3 slides. Yours
should stop when you want it to.
SAVE In you MusicTech folder on your U drive !!!!!
