People credited with this unit standard will be able to – plan
the production schedule for a range of crops and plant
specimens in a given horticulture operation; determine key
dates for all elements of production and harvesting; plan and
manage resource use; and manage evaluation, review, and
re-scheduling as required.

planning and management of single crops be obtained

Identification of crops and plant specimens to be covered by scheduling

identified for each crop and specimen.

Risk factors in changing key dates are identified and assessed in determining if
changes will be made.

Methods which may be used to change key dates are assessed for each crop.
