People credited with this unit standard are able to demonstrate knowledge of: job specifications; and confirming job specifications and planning a job, for the industrial textile fabrication industry. These requirements include but are not limited to – company specifications and procedures, work instructions, manufacturer specifications, product quality specifications, and legislative requirements. Evidence requirements 1.1 Legislative requirements and the importance of noting them in job specifications are identified in accordance with company requirements. 1.2 Drawings that make up a job specifications are identified in accordance with company requirements. Range may include but is not limited to – pictorial sketch, general arrangement showing standard views, fabric pattern drawing, detailed construction drawings; line drawings, blueprints, sketches.
