Evidence requirements 1.1 Board length and width, and paper type and configuration are confirmed against production documentation. 1.2 Location of all creases is confirmed against production documentation. 1.3 Confirmation and specification checks are carried out in accordance with workplace practices immediately a new production run is commenced. 1.4 Production speed is maintained without interruption during confirmation and specification checks, except where incorrect dimensions or specifications are identified. 1.5 All special checks are carried out in accordance with workplace practices. Range special checks may include but are not limited to – International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO), customer specific, machine operating manual. Outcome 2 Take corrective action when incorrect dimensions or specifications are identified. Evidence requirements 2.1 Incorrect dimensions or specifications are identified and corrective action is taken in accordance with workplace practices. Outcome 3 Complete documentation. Evidence requirements 3.1 Pallets are labelled for easy identification in accordance with workplace practices. 3.2 Job documentation is completed in accordance with workplace practices.
