Purpose
This unit standard is for people who work in the motor industry.
Those credited with this unit standard are able to: demonstrate
knowledge of stripes and graphics; prepare to apply adhesive
stripes and graphics; and apply adhesive stripes and graphics.

2.1
Customer requirements are identified and verified.

Surface is clean and prepared.
Range
2.3
Tools and equipment are identified, and used according to manufacturer's
specifications.

Apply adhesive stripes and graphics.
Evidence requirements
3.1
Backing tape is removed and the stripe and graphic are applied in the specified
place according to customer's and manufacturer's specifications.
3.2
There are no defects on the stripe and graphic and the vehicle is clean.

Tools and equipment are put away, and the work area is clean and dry.
3.4
Safe working practices are carried out throughout the task.
