1.1
Subcontractors are selected in terms of industry criteria and quotations submitted
are checked to ensure that requirements of brief are met.
Range

history, availability.
1.2
Quotations, including tags are analysed in terms of their effect on the tender
submission, compared, and a recommendation is included in the main contractor
tender submission.
1.3
Selected subcontractors are notified and appointed in accordance with the
contract conditions and the main contractor's requirements.

Range

reimbursement, two stage tendering, target cost, design and build, NZIA Standard
Conditions of Contract, NZS 3910 Conditions of Contract.

to tendering and procurement situations.

The relevant sections of construction contracts are applied to the tendering
process to ensure that the requirements of a construction contract are met.
