Evidence requirements 2.1 Presentation methods are explored to determine their suitability for the project in terms of choice of media and techniques to be used, and audience. 2.2 Selection of presentation for the project is based on audience and project needs. 2.3 Materials are obtained and trialed to identify any modifications needed for the selected presentation. 2.4 Modification of the selection of materials is made, where necessary, in order to meet the needs of the presentation. Outcome 3 Produce the presentation. Evidence requirements 3.1 Selected presentation is applied to the project so that written work is legible and ordered, and is completed to the requirements of the project. 3.2 Graphics work is presented in a style appropriate to the subject and the audience.
