Outcomes and evidence requirements This unit standard is Recognise and report pasture quality, water supply, and presence of pasture weeds and pests. expiring Outcome 1 Evidence requirements 1.1 Observation of pasture determines pasture quality, species, and presence of weeds and pests. 1.2 Observation of pasture determines feed availability according to stocking rate, season, and grazing system. 1.3 Assessment of availability of water supply and delivery system determines availability to ensure sufficient for class of livestock. 1.4 Pasture quality, and presence of weeds and pests, are evaluated and reported according to on-farm procedures.
