This unit standard is for supervisors and compliance staff who
are employed in a meat processing operation and required to
have in-depth knowledge of meat industry quality assurance.
People credited with this unit standard are able to demonstrate
knowledge of: MIS 8 and quality assurance requirements for a
meat processing operation; and analyse the outcomes of noncompliance with MIS 8.
