Definitions
Packing refers to enclosing customer purchases in suitable materials.
Packing materials may include but are not limited to: paper, boxes, bags, string,
ribbon, tissue, bubble wrap, plastics, foil, adhesive tape.
Organisational procedures refer to instructions to staff on policy and procedures
which are formally documented, or generally accepted within the workplace.

Evidence is required for packing two different products on two occasions.
