Measure A Report to the Planning and Budgeting Council meeting on November 19, 2010
The Planning and Budgeting Council is requesting a Measure A status report for the November 19,
2010 meeting of the PBC. On that day, the PBC will meet in the Board Room from 10:30 am to
12:30 pm.
The report should include the following per each college:
 Expenditures to date
 Projects in progress
 Plans for expenditure of the remaining money
The following also should be included in this report:
 Capital expenditures
 FF&E
 Maintenance
 Personnel
 Interest income
If possible, please send the report electronically to Linda Sanford (lsanford@peralta.edu), facilitator
for the PBC, prior to the meeting.
