Teaching, Research, and Scholarship (TRS) Meeting

This was the fourth meeting of the TRS Committee for 2003-2004. We covered the
following agenda item:
1. Discussed Sample Format of Peer Review letters
Mary Hutchinson provided a sample format for the committee to discuss. After some
discussion the following categories seemed to garner general support: what is presented,
teaching methods used, how received and additional observations. A question was raised
about whether the letter should be descriptive or evaluative in nature. Mary Hutchinson
agreed to edit the sample format for further discussion at the next meeting.
2. Next Meeting
Our next meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, January 21st at 9 am in Thun 109.
