2014 STUDENT PROJECT SHOWCASE

COMPETITION REQUIREMENTS:






Participants must major in one of the disciplines in the College of Science & Engineering (COSE) in the Fall ’13 or
Spring ’14.
Projects must be related to one of the fields in COSE.
Projects entered in a previous year may not be in the competition (Can be entered as a “Display Only” poster).
Participants must complete the SPS Registration Form and email to science@sfsu.edu. Registration will accepted
until the maximum of 180 projects has reached or by 11:59 pm on Wednesday, April 30th, 2014.
Participants are strongly recommended to set up their stations from 9 am on May 9th. (Once set up is done, they
may browse around or take a break and come back by 11:30 am to check in and be ready for the competition.)
Participants must be available from 12 noon - 3 pm on Friday, May 9th, to present their projects.
Failure to accurately and completely fill out the following information (2 pages with sections A-E) may result in forfeiture
of the Prize Money if won. Feel free to add more fields for additional Team Members and/or Faculty Advisors
