We are offering a 1 credit course this semester (Spring 2005) for those interested in learning the basics of Autodesk Revit. Class attendance is mandatory and will consist of two 8 hour sessions (29 Jan and 05 Feb --> Saturdays), two online quizzes, and one demonstration project (demonstrating ability to apply what you learned in the class) to be completed by 28 February. 1 Credit AE Course Two 8 hour sessions: 29 Jan 2005 (Saturday) 05 Feb 2005 (Saturday) 8AM to 5PM Course Objectives: Students will learn the value of parametric tools within design and construction, and learn techniques for using integrated multi-dimensional tools Seats are Limited - Sign quickly and accurately. Students will learn how to use the Up Now. Autodesk Revit platform and an overview of the best methods to develop integrated 2D, 3D models and specifications. The capability to work with parametric tools can increase productivity and reduce potential errors. This is a collaborative effort between PSU's AE Department and Autodesk.
