Sealed tenders (financially & technically) separately are invited from sound certified
ISO/recognized by HEC institutes/organizations having National Tax Number (NTN).
Institutes/organizations interested in providing competent testing service can obtain details,
specifications, terms and conditions from our website www.secp.gov.pk/procurement.asp
or from the following address during office hours.
Sealed tenders clearly marked “TENDER FOR RECRUITMENT TESTING
SERVICES” may be sent through courier at the address below. Tenders received through
any other mode/addressed to any other person will not be entertained. The last date for the
receipt of the tenders is 18th October, 2012 till 11.00 a.m. and will be opened on same day
at 11.30 a.m. The Commission reserves the right to accept or reject, partly or wholly, any
or all of the tenders without assigning any reason thereof.

TERMS AND CONDITIIONS
FOR
RECRUITMENT TESTING SERVICES
Terms & Conditions
1.
The Institutes/Organizations should be certified by ISO and recognized by HEC and
prove track record of providing the testing services to large organizations/institutions.
2.
Proposal submitted must accompany with bank guarantee/performance bond equivalent
to 5% of quoted price (per annum) in favor of Securities & Exchange Commission of
Pakistan and valid for not less than 12 months, company profile, list of present clients,
performance certificates from the customers. Moreover the organizations/institutions
should be in business for providing testing services to different organizations/large set up
multinationals for not less than 5 years.
3.
Cost quoted shall remain valid for a period of 90 days from the closing date of proposal
submitted however, the representing bidders are encouraged to extend the period of
validity for their proposal. Rates quoted will be in Pak rupee (PKR) inclusive of all
applicable taxes
4.
Minimum test conducting experience of at least 1 Million subjects.
5.
An extensive testing center network across the country.
6.
Capability to simultaneously conducting tests across the country.
7.
Staff capacity and qualification to conduct tests for a large group of applicants
simultaneously across Pakistan.
8.
Capable of producing a comprehensive, comprehendible and computerized result report
and summary of the tests conducted for the SECP MT Program.
9.
Bidders must mention number of workers to be deployed on SECP premises.
