OUTSOURCING OF PHOTOCOPYING SERVICES
Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan invites sealed tenders from the financially sound
firms/Dealers/Suppliers registered with sales tax department, having National tax Number (NTN)
for the provision of photocopy services at Company Registration Office, Lahore. Detail
specifications with terms & conditions about the tender can be collected from the below mentioned
address or by visiting the website http://www.secp.gov.pk/Procurement.asp. Sealed tenders
clearly marked “Tender for Outsourcing of Photocopying Services” may reach the below
mentioned address by December 5, 2012 till 11 am and these will be opened on the same day at
11.30 a.m. Commission reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders; without assigning
any reason.

Terms & Conditions

Bids should be accompanied with earnest money (refundable) for an amount equal
to 5% of the quoted price ( based on avg copies per year) in shape of either pay
order, demand draft or an unconditional guarantee from a bank valid for not less
than 03 months in favor of Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan.

Tender without earnest money will not be entertained and rejected straightaway.

Rates quoted should be inclusive of GST and all other applicable taxes and will
remain valid for a year.

All offers should be valid for at least one hundred and twenty (120) calendar days
from the date of opening of tenders.

“Tender for Outsourcing of Photocopying Services” should be clearly mentioned at
the top left of the envelope.

Tenders received by Fax or e-mail shall not be accepted. Unsealed tenders will also
not be accepted.

The Tender should reach by 11:00 AM; on December 5, 2012 at 3rd Floor, Associated
House, 7 Edgerton Road, Lahore and will be opened same day at 11:30 AM in the
presence of authorized representatives of bidders who may wish to be present.

The photocopy services need to be provided in the above mentioned premises
along with the operator.

The service provider should be registered with income and sales tax departments.
Copies of NTN and GST registration certificates should be submitted with the
tender.

The service provider should maintain its own inventory of components, spare parts
and workshop facility in Lahore.

The vendor will be bound to render the required photocopy services during the
office hours or as required at the Company Registration Office, 3rd Floor,
Associated House, 7 Edgerton Road, Lahore from 8.30am to 5.30 pm and if the
services are required after office hours or on holidays the operator be paid per
hour agreed rate as over time by SECP; if any.

Photocopier/s provided must not be more than 1 year old and should have features
like ADF, sorter and staple and online printing features.

Average copies per month range from 18000-20000.

The Quantities mentioned above may vary according to SECP requirement/s.

Photocopier machines installed should be heavy-duty and in excellent condition
and be changed on a day notice; if out of order.

The vendor will provide the photocopy services with all the accessories like Toner,
Drum, Developer or any other part replacement in order to keep machine in a mint
condition and to perform at optimum level.

The service provider will also provide photocopy services with imported 80 grams
paper.

The contract is initially for 12 months subject to renewal on mutual consent.

Machine/s will remain the property of service provider.

Replacement of machine/back up will be provided by the service provider
forthwith and delay be charged; if any to the invoice.

The service provider will send the invoice by showing the meter to the designated
person in accordance with approved rates and the invoice will take at least two
weeks processing time.

The Commission reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders; without
assigning any reason.
