Welcome and agenda review - 5 min.

Strategic Objective One: Framework/Tool Refinement & Information Gathering for Recommendations Presentation, Discussion, and Decisions – 30 min.
a. TOOL-USER SURVEY/INTERVIEWS: Update on analysis from online tool-user survey; then present, discuss,
and decide on a proposal regarding next steps for the survey (and a proposal to not do subsequent tool-user
interviews at this time).
b. INFO GATHERING: Discuss and reach consensus on next steps regarding “lens list” and consultation protocol
and timing – to inform improvements on the Framework/Tool and recommendations to the state house.
(NOTE: Confirm protocol and timing after small group time below).

Strategic Objective Two: Initiative Alignment/Integration - Presentation, Discussion, and Decisions – 30 min.
a. ACTION PLANNING: Present information, discuss implications for potential recommendations, and confirm next
steps.
b. INITIATIVE/REQUIREMENTS LANDSCAPE DOCUMENT: Share updated document, discuss implications for
initiative integration/alignment recommendations (related to the Framework/Tool as well as recommendations to
the state house), and confirm next steps.

Strategic Objective Three: Funding/Resources/Communications - Update on proposed structure of the work, and
discuss and make decisions on next steps – 15 min.
