Objective I can recall high frequency words and expressions to express my opinion. Warm-up: Students will write conjugate 2 –AR verbs, 2 –ER verbs & 2 – IR verbs. I can list the Spanish subject pronouns. Guided Practice: Students will take the Spanish 1 Grammar Quiz. I can conjugate –AR, -ER, & -IR verbs in the indicative (present) tense. Tuesday 9/16/2014 What are typical school activities; school rules, and classroom objects in the foreign culture? How are they similar or different from those in America? Teacher/student I can learn new vocabulary related to classes, supplies, and objects found in school. I can listen to & understand vocabulary about school-related activities and classroom rules. Opening: Presentation PPT-vocabulary 1B Guided Practice: Students will orally repeat the new vocabulary words while teacher go over it. Independent Practice: Using vocabulary flash cards students will teach each other the new vocabulary. Teacher will go around asking students for pronunciation and meaning.
