Exercise 13-I: I Need a Mentor You have just been assigned the task of finding an online mentor. You have no idea where to start. You are the first person in your family to attend college. Your network of friends and associates won’t yield many possibilit ies for a mentor in your chosen field of human resources. Working with small group, tell them your career experiences, interests, and/or goal. Brainstorm with them the names of several potential mentors for you. Names can be gotten through members of your small group or of other small groups in the class. (Rotate so every person in the small group has a chance to obtain potential contact name).
