Johnston Middle School Syllabus House S-8th Grade Science and IPC 2015-2016 Students and Parents – Welcome to 8th Grade Science and, for a few of you, IPC! I, Ms. Sanchez, will be your science teacher for your final year of middle school. Science is my passion and using the skills I have acquired through education and real life experiences, I hope you gain the same (if not MORE!) obsession with science as I have. Through Science we learn about the natural world around us. In our class, the study of science includes field and laboratory investigations using scientific methods, critical-thinking, problem-solving, and the use of tools to collect and analyze information.
