Summer University:
 Everyone must attend at least a half-day of Summer University, so please register soon.
Employee Appreciation Award:
 Congratulations to Justin Gast for receiving the award!

Outages
 May 11: Banner will be restaging screen portions which will cause it to slow down
 May 25: Fiber needs to be moved over causing connectivity issues in all building south & west of
main campus
 May 25: Banner hardware upgrade on Oracle 11G-R2
Year-end Budgets
 Ray needs to know if you will have overage or deficits in your budget before the end of the fiscal
year. This includes salary money from empty positions.
 Due to periodically shifting of expenses, think of possible PBA items your department would
need.
Projects
 Everyone should have received the projects reports from Tom Rasmussen.
 Try to put due dates on all projects if possible.
 Ray gave each divisional area a summary of reports they have requested. They will be receiving
these on a monthly basis. This will allow the customer to make sure the information is correct
and up to date.
 In the future, score cards for projects will be given out to the customers.
Misc.

Will be looking at project management and ticketing system to replace Magic in the future.
