Some lack of communication due to turnover
Sidearm Sports solves part of the problem and they have
a responsive website
Building a mobile website – athletics will have a presence

Implementation completed, feeds working, website will
be adaptive/responsive instead of having an app
Need to get student government involved
Athletics notifications need to be activated on the app –
and they need to be promoted
Discussed the use of the stats program
Notifications dependent upon a team’s wants
There is a need to balance the number of notifications
Scores are available through “sidearm”
Discussed the number of channels – can direct interested
parties to social media
Can set a number of push notifications for each sport or
event
Set a calendar to balance sport and frequency – could
also have the wording written out
In survey, most people responded they would like 1-10
per week
Look at this again in a couple of months

government, Robert Johnson, and Ray Walker in Ray’s

Clint will check into reporting scores to ESPN
