fiction texts in the
month of October. The
students
will
be
identifying character
traits and discussing
their findings with
their
book
club
members.
Writing
We will be finishing
up our personal
narratives this
month and beginning
to prewrite personal
essays about a topic
we feel strongly
about!
Math
We will be working on
place
value
and
addition
and
subtraction
throughout the month
of
October.
The
students
will
be
working with 3 and 4
digit numbers!
Science/Social Studies
We are continuing our study of earth science, learning about volcanoes, earthquakes, rocks,
and layers of the earth.
