These are words that rhyme with numbers. An example, would to choose the pegword sticks to be the number six. Picturing insects would remind you that they walk on six legs. The Keyword Method- this pairs a new word with a keyword. This keyword sounds like the new word with a keyword. For example, to remember that a barrister is synonymous with a lawyer, you could picture a bear in a courtroom. Letter Strategies- this method is used to remember a list of things. An acronym is used to remember a list of things. For example, HOME can be used to remember the 5 Great Lakes (Huron, Ontario, Michigan, Erie, and Superior.
