15-0452 – Driving While Intoxicated – 03/14/15 0352 – Officer Sosa – 4600 Gulf Freeway –
An unaffiliated individual was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated after being found passed
out behind the wheel of his vehicle in a moving lane of traffic. The individual was booked into
the Harris County Jail. The incident occurred at 0352 03/14/15. The case is Cleared by Adult
Arrest.
