WORKING WONDERS FOR PEOPLE
WITH SPECIAL NEEDS
12 years ago, Michael walked into the Good Shepherd Centre, a
ShareLife recipient – homeless, penniless, friendless. He was only
25 but had already wrecked a promising life with hard drinking
and drug use. Availing of the Centre’s Drug and Alcohol Recovery
Enrichment program, Michael finally managed to turn his life
around and start afresh - those who knew him then and now are
just astounded at the change. ShareLife funded agencies assisted
over 20,000 people with special needs last year, affirming their
value to our society.
Today is the 2nd ShareLife Collection.
Your support will sustain the work of our ShareLife agencies.
Please give generously. You can work WONDERS!

LIGHTHOUSE CATHOLIC MEDIA CD’S
We often have very good intentions to deepen our
relationship with Jesus during Lent, but life can be
so busy. This Lent, Lighthouse has a number of
excellent titles on Confession, the Passion and
Easter. CDs are $5 each or 5 for $20. There is also
an excellent book from Matthew Kelly, called
Rediscovering Catholicism. It can make a wonderful
gift for both someone who has been away from the
Church and those who want to deepen their faith.
And the book only costs $5.
IMPORTANT PARKING LOT NOTICE
Please be considerate when attending Sunday
Masses or special liturgical functions and kindly
follow the directions of any outlined arrows.

do not try to force your way into the parking lot
because the lot will be full by then. Ill treatment or
letters of complaint to the Pastor will not change
that fact. If you arrive close to the beginning of
Mass (or afterwards!) kindly go directly to St.
Anne’s School for parking but do not park in the
Kiss and Ride lanes. Cars parking in those lanes
may be ticketed by City of Brampton Parking

parishioners to join them in celebrating Catholic
Education Week 2011, which runs from May 1-6.
During this week. the Catholic community celebrates
the distinctive contributions that Catholic schools make
to our students, our community, to our society and to
the province at large. Catholic education continues to
integrate Gospel values into every aspect of the
school’s life and curriculum.
During this week, schools will be celebrating
the gift of Catholic Education with special prayers and

Bishops, to show our government that the unborn
child must be protected. Theme this year is
“Abortion Kills a Human Being”.
