An Irish Blessing May God give you … For every storm, a rainbow, For every tear, a smile, For every care, a promise, And an answer, for each prayer. Amen. God wants us to be kind to everyone we meet. Being kind is about more than just pretending to be nice. It is about helping and playing with others because we want to and not because we feel we have to. Every person in our lives carries the Spirit of God, and so every person is our brother or sister through Jesus Christ. As brothers and sisters who share one Holy Spirit, we are all valuable to God. Kindness can only be seen through actions. A Kind Person … gives their time to help others stands by their friends in time of need is polite cares about other people’s feelings Mother Teresa said “Kind words can be short and easy to speak, but their echoes are truly endless.” SACRAMENTS St. Jerome’s Parish 8530 Chinguacousy Rd., Brampton 905-455-4260 For students registered at St. Jerome’s Parish for the sacraments: RECONCILIATION Saturday, March 7 at 10:00 am (please note: time change) Constable Lorna Szabo will be educating our students on March 6 and 27: Grades 3 to 5: Internet Safety-“Cyberproofed” Grades 6 to 8: Internet Safety – “Cyber Bullying” FIRST HOLY COMMUNION Saturday, April 18 at 5:00 pm CONFIRMATION Wednesday, May 27 at 7:00 pm Please remind your children that whatever they e-mail to others becomes part of the public domain and can be retrieved by the authorities.
