Proceed to www.myretirementmanager.com
Click on “I’m a New User”
Locate “The University of Houston System” under the “Group Selection”
Complete the 4 pieces of information:
Create a passphrase and password
Your User ID is your PeopleSoft Number.
You may then go to “Enroll/Make Changes”
Click on the appropriate account [403B Contribution Change, ORP8 Contribution Change or
ROTH Contribution Change]
NOTE “Paycheck Date” that lets you know which paycheck this contribution will begin
Change the amount under “Flat Dollar Amount”
Confirm the Investment Vendor and put the percentage (100%) in the appropriate “employee
contribution new” section
Click submit and you’re done.
