Kathy Kacer
will be visiting grades
4-6 on December 1 st . Kathy writes
historical fiction and non-fiction
stories about the Holocaust.
She speaks to children around the
country about the importance of
understanding the war. Her books are
stories of survival and hope and are
based on real events. Her parents were
Holocaust survivors and the
inspiration for many of her books.
She is a winner of many literary
awards including the Silver Birch and
Red Maple Forest of Reading Awards.
