NONVOTING OFFICERS IN ATTENDANCE:
Speaker of the Student Senate Paige Settles
Richey calls meeting to order.
Coffey motions to approve last meeting’s minutes, Line seconds. Minutes are unanimously
approved.
Greenwell moves to approve Bill 5-15-F, Koehler seconds the motion. Bill is unanimously
approved.
Miles reiterates that SGA will be unable to hold a 50th anniversary gala.
Greenwell recommends that senators be reminded to be more concise in their comments during
Senate meetings and not to ask questions that can be dealt with privately.
$120 is approved to make up for additional costs for Johana Lopez’s travel arrangements for the
Latino leadership seminar. These were unofficially voted on the week before.
Koehler reiterates that voting on executive funding outside of executive meetings can only
happen in the most extreme circumstances.
Settles moves to adjourn. Motion passes unanimously. Meeting is adjourned.
