Richey calls the meeting to order.
Richey motions to approve last meeting’s minutes. Minutes unanimously approved.
Bill 1-16-S passes unanimously.
Bill 2-16-S passes unanimously.
Bill 3-16-S passes unanimously.
Richey says he’s working on 22 different things, but one of the main things is working out our
financial obligations with WKU athletics for SGA tabling and announcements. Richey
recommends tabling at March 3 basketball game.
Greenwell sent scholarship descriptions to Rachel to add to the website.
Rachel is going to add various new features to the website.
Miles is working with Jennifer Smith on organizing a lobbying trip to Frankfort and would like
to work on retention initiatives.
Settles is updating Senate records and procedures.
Coffey mentions social media promotion for the Frankfort lobbying trip and says she is working
with Kyle Parks on a promo video for SGA in the coming weeks.
Line is working on changing the student parental leave policies at WKU and switching to a new
office sign-in system.
Richey says he has had difficulty working with the Board of Student Body Presidents.
Miles moves to adjourn. Meeting adjourned unanimously.
