Student Reimbursement & Fee Obligations
Reference: Title 5 Section 59410 and Education Code Sections 19911, 76031, and 76225
Because the College is obligated to protect all District property, charges are established for
breakage or damage and clean up caused during normal use or willful destruction of the
property and for the loss of books or equipment. Students or former students who have been
provided with written notice that they have failed to pay a proper financial obligation shall have
grades, transcripts, diplomas, and registration privileges withheld until such financial obligation
has been fulfilled.
