 Tracy: Explain that the meetings are mandatory.
 Gail: Ice breaker activity in French. (We should participate too)
 All: Debrief as a group
 Tracy: Pass out blank class schedules. Students should complete them for our
meeting next week. Explain that we will contact their teachers, but that it is their
responsibility to make arrangements with each of their teachers. (10 school days
will be missed) Gym class make-ups: see Mrs. Long. (Nicely-written letters to
each teacher with travel dates were well-received last time.)
 Me: “Open to Culture Questionnaire” 5 minutes to complete
 All: Discuss answers, reference CIEE packet
 Tracy: Assign bag activity for next week.
 All: If time is left try a role play: You just arrived at the home of your host
family. You need to call your parents.
