CONTRACT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM WORKSHOP
Pursuant to the requirement Section 215.985(16), Florida Statutes, the Department of Financial Services
will conduct a workshop to discuss its initiative to provide public access to a state contract management
system, through the creation of a website.
The workshop is scheduled for Wednesday, October 12, 2011 at 1:30 PM at the Department of Children
and Families’ Building 4, 1313 Winewood Boulevard, Tallahassee, Florida.
Attached to this memorandum is an agenda for the workshop, as well as a draft of the system’s
functional requirements. Please print these documents and bring them to the workshop with you. These
