Preheat your oven 400 degrees Step 1 Add 1 cup of water and 1 stick of butter to saucepan Turn stove on high and allow water to boil While waiting for water to boil Add 1 C flour, 1/2 tsp salt, 2 tsp sugar in a small bowl Once water boils Take the water off the stove and stir in the flour mixture Turn stove on medium and cook until mixture forms a ball ( about 1 minute) Once mixture forms a ball Take off the heat and add eggs (3) one at a time Make sure each egg is completely incorporated before you add the next one Mix well using dough hooks The dough should be thick, but should fall slowly and steadily from the beaters when you lift them out of the bowl. If the dough is still clinging to the beaters, add an additional egg and mix until incorporated. Once dough is mixed Drop dough onto baking sheet Bake puffs Cook for 15 minutes at 400 degrees and then turn the temp down to 375 and cook 15 more minutes Do NOT open the oven door While pastry is cooking Fill pastry bag with pudding Clean kitchen Complete milk review sheet When pastry is done Use pastry bag Poke a hole in the side of the pastry Squeeze pudding into the center Eat and enjoy
