Employment Eligibility Verification (I-9)
Giles Brown explained a new law that says we must enter Employment Eligibility
Verification (I-9) information required by the Department of Homeland Security into a
Federal database within 3 days of someone starting work. To comply, Giles asked
supervisors to have each new hire complete the I-9 and return it to Marilyn before or the
same day that they start work.
Action/Motion: No further action necessary.
