The purpose of this proposal is to create a special topics course for Educational Studies. The proposal intends to create a
course to allow for new courses to be developed and reviewed. Course may be offered web based. Learning outcomes are
variable. In-class activities may include lecture, discussion of readings, and synthesis of readings. Out of class activities may
include individual and or group papers and projects, reflection journals, tests, as appropriate.
