Its maximum load is 5.0 Amps. The G20 model is for use on loads from 1-20 Amps and MUST be specified if the load current is greater than 5.0 Amps. These models are SPST two-wire switches and are not polarity sensitive. All models are 120/240/277/347 VAC 60 Hz. For Models G5T and G20T, 5 Amp and 20 Amp, SPDT Switches To turn lights ON, move either switch to the ON (up) position. To turn lights OFF move the on (up) switch back to the OFF (down) position. For lights to remain OFF, both switches need to be in the OFF (down) position. If a different switch is used to turn OFF lights than was initially used to turn them ON, the circuit will have two switches in the ON (up) position, one of these will automatically release and the lights will turn ON again. Features OO OO Standard wall switch ON/OFF operation Mechanically resets to “OFF” automatically when input power to the unit is interrupted for five seconds or longer OO Toggle or Decorator (Rocker) OO Uses standard wallplates (not included with unit) OO OO Eliminates false triggering when used with occupancy sensors 347 VAC available by special order Ratings Switch Rating Type G5, G5-D-*, G5T, G5T-D-* 5A, 120/240/277 VAC, 60hz Two-wire connection, SPST G20, G20-D-*, G20T, G20T-D-* 20A, 120/240/277 VAC, 60hz Three-wire connection, SPDT - three-way In order to perform an OFF sweep of Line Voltage Automatic Turn-OFF Switches a time schedule must be programmed and linked to the appropriate relays in the lighting control panel. The relays must be programmed to perform a Sentry Warn function. Refer to the corresponding lighting control panel programming guide for more information.
