2. Submit your purchase order mentioning the trade-in offer.
3. Contact our Customer Service group (418) 834-0009 for a return authorization
number (vintage unit serial number and SM 16 PM purchase order number are
required). Freight will paid by Cooper Power Systems.
4. Customer will have 60 days from the day they receive their new SMP 16 PM to
return the vintage unit, or the value of the licenses will be charged.
5. A credit note will be issued upon receipt of the exchanged unit at Cooper Power
Systems factory in St-Romuald, Canada.
If you have any questions, contact your Sales Executive for additional information
regarding the trade-in procedure. This offer is valid for SMP 16 PM orders received
from March 31st to June 30th, 2010. Customers have until October 31st, 2010 to use
their credit notes.
