Mr. Ganek has served as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer at Neustar since
December 1999. Prior to joining Neustar, he was Senior Vice President and Managing Director
of Communications Industry Services (CIS) at Lockheed Martin, an advanced technology
company. CIS, which was divested from Lockheed Martin in 1999 to form Neustar, provided
clearinghouse services to the telecommunications industry. Ganek holds a bachelor's degree in
economics and a master's degree in public policy and management, both from Carnegie Mellon
University. He is the recipient of the 2006 Ernst & Young "Entrepreneur of the Year" Award,
Greater Washington Region Communications Category.
