Cooper Power Systems retains the right to limit order quantities based upon historical ordering patterns. Cooper Power Systems will continue utilizing a price index model to communicate key material cost changes on existing contracts. The price index model will continue to be used for new contracts to offer a competitive price while sharing risk against the volatility of commodities. Cooper Power Systems will honor open quotations and blanket proposals until the agreed upon expiration date.
