We gave out the Packet with catalog and order form. § Packets are available in the box inside the door of Ms. Kowalski’s office. § Extra order forms are also available (under the other packets) § If we run out of extras, a form is available on our NSSLHA website under ‘resources’ Sale ends Nov. 9th. Turn your forms and money in together in an envelope in the collection box inside the door of Ms. Kowalski’s office. § NOTE: Clinic Secretaries are not responsible for anything NSSLHA related. If Ms. Kowalski’s door is closed, you’ll have to (1) look around for a board member, or (2) return to the clinic at a later time Want to get involved in helping with the fundraiser? Sign up to help organize the order and pass out products. If you reach $50 in sales, you will get a point. We will have orders before Christmas so they can make perfect gifts! Bake sale (Tentative) o Oct. 30th o We have submitted our form to get the table so we will hear soon whether this will happen o 2nd floor in the lobby of Porter by the lounge o Work at the table for an hour and you get a point o Sign up to work at the table and/or for what you will bring to the sale-­‐ you have to buy them, can’t make them! L Next Meeting • 3 weeks away (first week of November) • Announcements as usual • Talk about value of ASHA, MSHA, and National NSSLHA APPAREL • Looking into getting American apparel v-­‐neck and ‘regular’ tees, hoodies and crew neck sweatshirts, fleeces, quarter zip sweatshirts (maybe), totes, and coffee tumblers • Voted on what designs we wanted -­‐ 9 different designs to choose from • #1 winner (member volunteered to get this digital for us!): sh --f4

Design for totes, bottle, and fleece jackets, assuming it gets approved: • We are thinking about getting green and grey shirts, maybe black – have to look into price points) Ideas of items to sell to all of Porter next semester: • Member came up with a great idea for T-­‐shirts to sell to Porter next semester. (“I’m in it for the money” said no teacher ever.) This is a tentative idea that we are thinking about doing. Also considering “Live, Laugh, Teach” • Bumper sticker or Car magnet (EMU, teach, SLP, or one of the sayings above) to sell in Porter
