ENGL Course Revision Proposal: LITR450 Major Authors Approved Unanimously PHIL New Course Proposal: PHIL 216, Philosophy, technology and Digital Life Approved Unanimously PLSC: The PLSC guest described the need and nature of the proposals and discussed concerns. With the exception of the PLSC317 new course proposal, the following PLSC course deletion, course revision, new course, and program revision proposals were Approved Unanimously as a Package. New Course Proposal: SOCL/CRM676 Graduate Pro-seminar Program Revision Proposals: Criminology and Criminal Justice MA Sociology MA Program Sociology - Applied Research Specialty MA VI. CCRSL STATEMENT "The CCSRL requests that the university provide additional funding to ensure that the top 25% of SRA applications as ranked at the college-level committees be funded in additional to all SRAs already funded." Currans presented the statement’s purpose and the implications of the call to fund the top 25% of proposals. The problems in the UCRSL rankings were reiterated (see CAC Minutes of 7 January and 4 February), followed by a discussion. The CCRSL statement was Endorsed: 5 for, 3 against, 1 abstention. VII.
