HBLL visit and reference search Friday, January 21 Go to Instruction Room #1 (2231 HBLL) How to get to Instruction Room 1 In the Harold B. Lee Library, Go down the atrium stairway one floor to the 2nd Level. Turn right at the bottom of the stairs and you will see three large doors with “Religion/ Family History/ Library Instruction” posted over the top of them. Go through these doors. About half way down the hall is an alcove on the right with a sign saying, “Library Instruction/ Literacy Education.” Instruction Room 1 is on the west end of the alcove. The room is fairly small, so you may have to share computers. Please arrive on time! John O. Have three references that you used in your work ready. Try to include a book, a journal article from a well-known journal, and one from a not-so-well-known journal. 2. Have five key words relating to you research ready. You will use these to do a literature search. 3. Have three names of authors working in your field ready, so you can check their research output. One could be the name of a lab or collaboration.
