To help prepare you for the wellness retreat on Friday, June 27, 2014, we have provided two articles and an on-line self-assessment. Please complete each item in order prior to attending the session. During the session, you will complete your faculty portfolio with ‘action items’ based on some of the information gained in your pre-session activities. I look forward to working with you. 1. One week prior to session: If you have never completed a personality preference or if it has been more than 10 years since you last completed one, please complete the free, on-line version (72, short, items) at: http://www.humanmetrics.com/cgi-win/jtypes2.asp. Based on the article, reflect on your own emotional intelligence: strengths and areas for improvement. 3. Two days prior to the session: Print your portfolio and review but do not complete any items. You will complete these during the session. 4. Day of session: Bring your portfolio to the session. You will complete ‘action items’ during the session.
