3 Introduction
This document covers how to delete messages when using Outlook 2007 for the
live@UCL email service..
4 Delete a message
To delete a message, you can either: right click on the message and select Delete
Or
Select the message to be deleted and then from the Standard toolbar click on the
Delete tool
The message(s) will be moved to the Deleted Items folder in Navigation Pane.
Messages in the Deleted Items Folder are not removed unless you click on the
Empty “Deleted Items Folder” button, which is located on the Tools menu or
delete them from the Deleted Items Folder using one of the methods shown above.

Tip! It is possible to recover items, even after you have emptied the Deleted Items
folder.
