The project plans have been completed and the bid
phase started in July 2012. This phase includes:
• Compiling contract documents for construction
• Awarding the construction bid • Approving construction contract by City Council
• Holding pre-construction meetings
• Relocating utilities
• Giving notice to proceed for the contractor. For more information about this project, please visit
