Dear Resident,
The real estate phase is nearing completion for the
Peterson Drive Storm Drainage Improvement Project.
Gulf Coast Property agents have been contacting
property owners if easements are needed to construct
the proposed improvements. The project should be
ready for the bid phase in summer/fall 2014. During
this phase, competitive bids are taken from responsible
contractors to perform the work. After City Council
approval, the City awards the construction contract to
the lowest responsible bidder. Bid phase typically takes
six months.
