City Real Estate continues to work with residents to
acquire all easements needed for this project. Once
the real estate phase is complete, the construction
documents will be finalized.

This project will replace the existing culvert near
2708/2624 Celia Avenue and reduce street flooding at
this culvert crossing. The project is on schedule to be
complete by spring 2016.
